Rooms offer stunning views of the Alps! Excellent accommodations with a cozy atmosphere, making it feel like a part of your family during winter holidays.
The bed cover felt too heavy, making it uncomfortable at times. The dining options were somewhat limited. one restaurant open and a gourmet menu was excessive for our taste. Also, the room was a bit small, which made managing our luggage tricky.

The breakfast spread impressed me with freshly baked bread, fruits, and made-to-order scrambled eggs. Afternoon snacks felt indulgent, with a delightful buffet. The staff's commitment to hospitality stood out, tailoring services to meet our needs. The spa was a gem, a refreshing escape after long hikes, while the mountain views from the room added to the experience. However, I found the bed cover too heavy, which made sleeping challenging. Limited dining options nearby were a concern, especially since the gourmet restaurant's fixed menu felt overwhelming. I prefer a bit more variety and flexibility in dinner timing.

Gorgeous mountain views enhance the overall experience.
Unfortunately, the bed cover was too heavy and hot, which made for uncomfortable nights. Additionally, dining options were limited, as most restaurants had already closed before our preferred dinner time of 9 PM. We encountered a lack of flexible dining options, particularly since the gourmet restaurant was overwhelming with its fixed menu, which did not suit our preference for simpler meals.

We had such a chill time here! Staff were super nice, and the happy hour snacks were delish, seriously can't beat that. The spa was the best after a long hike—hot tub bliss! Just wish the dinner options were a bit more flexible. we had to stick to set times. But overall, fab experience!
